Intex Projects Welcomes Design & Business Development Manager

Joining Intex Projects at the beginning of January 2024, as the Design & Business Development Manager, Emma Brayne will be an integral part of the core Intex team.  With 20 years of industry experience in commercial fit out, Emma is a highly motivated and innovative professional known for translating ideas into captivating designs. Her career has been marked by excellence in analysing CAT A & B projects and building strong client relationships based on trust and honesty. For all of her clients, consistency is key, and attention to detail is a priority. Emma excels in delivering innovative and effective commercial environments while maintaining the highest quality of work, even managing multiple projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines.

 

Emma holds a 1st class honours degree in Architectural Interior Design and boasts two decades of creative   design and project management experience in the commercial fit out industry.  As the Design & Business Development Manager, Emma will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, collaborating on design proposals, and ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule. Her

goal at Intex Projects is to leverage her knowledge and experience to make a positive impact and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
