The Brief

 

The objective was to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the workspace situated on a portion of the 4th floor at 103 Colmore Row.  Making the best use of the space by partitioning meeting rooms, and creating communal areas as well as areas to relax and work.  Include storage and office furniture solutions and update and modify electrical services.

  • Folding wall systems to create meeting room spaces.
  • Bespoke storage and furniture.
  • Maximised use of natural light.
  • Incorporated a business lounge.
  • Added a new Kitchen.
  • Modifications to existing M&E services.
  • Incorporating fire detection systems, and sprinklers.
  • Planned and installed the data layout.
