Intex Projects have recently relocated our Birmingham office to a prestigious new location. Our Birmingham office now proudly resides on the coveted first floor of a prominent 26-story building within the esteemed x+why co-working space at 103 Colmore Row. This strategic move underscores our unwavering commitment to positioning ourselves at the very heart of the Colmore Business District (CBD), a thriving commercial hub in Birmingham that is widely recognised for its magnetic appeal to high-profile businesses.

One of our recent milestones of which we are immensely proud is the successful completion of a £3.6 million contract within 103 Colmore Row. This project involved the impeccable fit-out of 31,500 square feet of flexible workspace for the renowned provider x+why. This achievement exemplifies our versatility and capability in meeting diverse client requirements, further cementing our position as leaders in the industry.

Furthermore, we are currently in the final stages of completing another prestigious undertaking: the Handelsbanken, Birmingham office, situated on the fourth floor of 103 Colmore Row. This ongoing project serves as a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence. With our continuing work on the Cat A space on the 5th floor we will have completed work on floors 1,2,3,4,5, 14 and 18.
